What this policy covers
Coverage is limited to FlyArcade pages served under the operator's domain. It does not extend to the third-party game sources we link out to, the ad networks that may serve creatives on our pages, or the analytics vendors we may rely on — each of those operates under its own policy.
Data the site may see
Routine browsing produces standard request data: page path, referrer, IP-derived region, user-agent, and interaction signals such as which channel was opened or which Play Now button was tapped. Email you send us — the address itself plus the message body — is retained for the time needed to handle the conversation.
Why that data is touched
FlyArcade uses request data to keep the directory healthy: spotting broken outbound links, sizing the trending lane, watching for abuse, and answering support email. Browsing the catalog does not require an account, and the operator does not sell the contact details you send by email.
Cookies, measurement, and ads
Light-weight measurement may run on these pages so the operator can see which channels and listings get traffic. If advertising slots are activated later, the placing networks may set cookies, read local storage, or use comparable signals to deliver, cap, or measure ads — under their own privacy terms, not this one.
Outbound game sources
Tapping Play Now opens the game on its third-party host (commonly GameMonetize) in a new tab. FlyArcade does not stream or embed the game itself, and once you cross that boundary you are subject to the host's privacy, cookie, and advertising posture rather than ours.
How long anything is kept
Server logs, analytics roll-ups, and support email are kept for as long as is reasonable to operate the directory, debug issues, defend against abuse, or meet a legal obligation. Different categories age out on different schedules; nothing is kept indefinitely without a reason.
Your privacy choices
Local laws may give you rights to request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of personal data. Browser settings can also limit cookies and storage independently. To exercise any such right, email rashidwr77@gmail.com with enough detail that the operator can identify the data at issue.
Children
FlyArcade is built for a general audience and does not knowingly solicit information from children. If you believe a child has sent personal data through the contact email by mistake, write in and the operator will review and remove what is appropriate.
Changes to this policy
When the operational picture shifts — a new vendor, a new ad partner, a regulatory update — this page is revised and the date at the top is bumped. Continued use of the directory after a revision means you have read the updated terms.
